Why we charge
Free kids apps pay their bills with ads or with data about your child. Mojialand does neither. Passes pay for hosting and for new games. When you pay, your card goes straight to Stripe. Mojialand never sees your card number.

How does free play work?
Each device gets 10 free minutes a day. The timer lives on the device only. When time runs out, your child sees a pause picture and a Grown-up button. Prices never appear on kid screens.
How do I use my pass on another device?
Open Mojialand on the new device, hold the gear button for 3 seconds, and tap Restore. Enter the code from your email (the code starts with MOJI). The restore link in your receipt email works too.
How do I add Mojialand to my home screen?
On iPhone or iPad:
- Open Mojialand in Safari.
- Tap the Share button.
- Tap Add to Home Screen, then Add.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 7 days of any purchase and we refund the full amount. Send a message with the form here, and include the email you used at checkout.
No sound on iPhone?
Flip the ring or silent switch on the side of the phone, turn the volume up, then tap the screen once. In Grown-ups, tap Sound check to test.
Where are the grown-up settings?
Hold the gear button on the home screen for 3 seconds. Grown-ups holds Voice, Sounds, How-to-play cards, and the Welcome screen replay.

The short version: Mojialand collects nothing from your child. Grown-ups share an email address and payment details only when buying a pass, and Stripe handles the card.
Who runs Mojialand

What we collect from children
Nothing. Kid screens have no text fields, no microphone, no camera, and no location. The game sends no requests to any outside company. Mojialand uses no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies.
What stays on the device
The browser on your device saves game settings (sound, voice, how-to cards), the free play timer, and your pass token. This data stays in the browser's local storage and never reaches us. Clearing your browser data removes the data.
What we collect from grown-ups
- When you buy a pass: your email address and payment details, entered on Stripe's secure form.
- From Stripe we keep: your email, a restore code, the pass type, the expiry date, the Stripe session ID, and how many devices use the code.
- When you send a message: your email, the topic, and your message.
We use this data to deliver your pass, restore the pass on your devices, send receipts, answer your questions, and process refunds. We never sell or rent data, and we never use data for advertising.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe: payments and receipts. Stripe's privacy policy applies to card details.
- Netlify: website hosting and the contact form.
- Our email provider: restore code emails.
How long we keep data
- 48-hour pass records: deleted 30 days after the pass expires.
- Forever pass records: kept while the pass exists.
- Support messages: deleted 12 months after the conversation ends.
- Stripe keeps payment records as Stripe's own legal duties require.
Your choices
Ask us to see or delete your data any time. Use the contact form and pick Privacy request, or email Contact email to confirm. We reply within 30 days. Deleting a Forever pass record ends the pass.
Children's privacy (COPPA)
Mojialand is made for children under 13 and follows the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act. We collect no personal information from children. Every purchase, restore, and outside link sits behind a grown-up check.
Where we sell passes
Passes are for sale in the United States.
Changes
We post any change here with a new effective date. If a change affects data already collected, we email pass holders first.

Using Mojialand
Mojialand is a set of games for children, used with a grown-up's permission. Free play gives each device 10 minutes a day. By buying a pass, you confirm you are 18 or older.
Passes
- 48-hour pass, $1.50: unlocks unlimited play for 48 hours from purchase. Never renews.
- Forever pass, $14.99: unlocks unlimited play for as long as Mojialand runs.
- Each pass works on up to 5 devices with your restore code. A 48-hour pass ends at the same moment on every device.
- Every pass is a one-time charge. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
Refunds
Ask within 7 days of any purchase for a full refund, no questions. Use the contact form and include the email used at checkout. Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
Restore codes
Keep your restore code private. Anyone with the code uses your device slots. If your code leaks, contact us and we issue a new code.
Changes to the games
We add and improve games over time. If Mojialand ever shuts down, Forever pass holders get notice by email at least 60 days ahead.
Our responsibility
Mojialand is offered as is. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your pass. These terms follow the laws of the State of Michigan.

Mojialand and this website show emoji with your device's own emoji font. Your phone, tablet, or computer draws each emoji. Mojialand ships no emoji artwork from Apple, Google, or Samsung.

We are a family in Michigan. Mojialand started when our daughter built emoji patterns on a phone: unicorn, horse, unicorn, horse.
We wanted a place where our kids play with the emoji they love, with no ads, no accounts, and nobody watching. Our kids test every game before the games reach you.
